  Preferred Broker / Customer Referral Policy
  1. All Brokers, and the particular customer, must be registered with White Oak, Tryon NC via the Broker Referral form prior to customers visiting the sales office, either by fax registration to Joanie Wells @ 828. 863. 0587 or e-mail registration to jwells@whiteoaktryon.com.

  2. Clients, Customer and existing White Oak Property Owners registered with White Oak are not eligible for Broker Referrals.

  3. All qualifying customers not previously registered will then be registered with White Oak, Tryon NC for a period of one year from the date of this registration.

  4. Registration does not guarantee payment of a commission if the customers visit the site with more than one agent
